Terms of Service

1. Service#

BridgeNode provides AI inference via an OpenAI-compatible API. Each request is paid per use with USDC on Solana through the x402 payment protocol. No API keys or accounts are required.

2. Payments#

Prices are published at Models & Pricing. Payment is settled on-chain before the response is delivered. Payments are non-refundable once the response has been provided.

3. Acceptable Use#

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to probe or attack the infrastructure, or to resell access in a way that violates these terms.

4. Availability#

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

5. Liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes#

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
